If you have an ambitious vision for supporting delivering a high-standard Electrical Instillations program than this role is for you. We are seeking a single site based trainer/assessor to support with in the construction department of the college. The role will see you support the Lecturer on a daily basis and deliver your own group sessions.

We are looking for an individual who has the passion and ability to pass on their experience, skills, and knowledge to future engineers. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant Engineering Qualifications (Degree, Level 3 other recognise quals)
• DBS (and on update service)
• Great industry experience and knowledge (Crucial)
• CAVA Level 3 Assessor Qualification
• Knowledge of the Apprenticeship Standards and E-portfolio system (Smart Assessor) is beneficial.

• Ideally hold or be prepared to work towards an Assessor and Verification award, e.g., TAQA, A1 or V1.
• A minimum of Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English or equivalent.
