Pay Rate: £25.00 – £28.00 per hour
Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Job Description

Soraya Recruitment are currently recruiting for a qualified Domestic Electrician to join a growing team covering Hereford and Worcester. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours, offering stability and consistent local work.

You will be working in occupied domestic properties carrying out installations, upgrades, inspection, testing, and certification. The successful candidate must be reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

Essential Qualifications & Certification

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (City & Guilds 2357 or 2346)
• AM2 Practical Assessment
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – City & Guilds 2382 (BS 7671)
• City & Guilds 2391-52 – Inspection and Testing

Enhanced DBS preferred but not essential (can be arranged).

Experience & Requirements

• Proven domestic electrical experience
• Competent in installation, inspection, testing, and certification
• Comfortable working in occupied homes
• Professional and reliable
• Able to work independently

Scope of Works

• Installation of isolators
• Consumer unit replacements
• Smoke and heat alarm upgrades
• Full testing, inspection, and reporting
