Job Description:

Job Title: Electrician – Social Housing
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role:

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for carrying out predominantly EICR's on tenanted social housing properties with also remedial works. This is a permanent, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied properties
• Testing and inspecting electrical systems to ensure compliance
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works
• Ensuring all work meets current regulations and safety standards
• Providing excellent customer service to tenants

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
• 2391/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in tenanted social housing
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional manner
• Full UK driving licence
