This role is ideal for an Electrically biased Engineer from a Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support background who's seeking an office-based position with real opportunities for progression and skill enhancement.

The Role:

• Provide remote (telephone and online) technical support to customers and Engineers
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Coordinate and schedule field service engineers based on location, skillset, and customer requirements
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development, including international programs

The Candidate:

• Background in Electromechanical Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support
• Experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, or Automation environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Keen to develop technically and professionally
