Electronics Applications Engineer

• Are you an electronics applications engineer, electronics engineer, analogue design engineer or engineer with an interest in analogue power management?
• Are you seeking electronics jobs, electronics engineering jobs, applications engineering jobs that are hybrid and £40,000 - £60,000 dependant on experience.
• Must have some experience of analogue / power electronics – LDOs, DC/DC converters, power supply design or similar 
• Excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the fast-growth semiconductor sector
• Salary £50,000 - £60,000 for experienced options but we would also consider a more junior person; a graduate with 2 years’ experience - £40,000 - £50,000

This Electronics Applications Engineer role will suit:

• An Electronic Engineering graduate (or similar) with practical exposure to analogue power management circuit design.
• Someone with experience of DC/DC converters, voltage regulation or general power supply design principles / LDOs
• An engineer who enjoys customer interaction and explaining technical concepts clearly. You will be the bridge between engineering & sales.
• Someone inquisitive and conscientious – able to troubleshoot, analyse schematics and confidently guide customers through design challenges
• An ambitious engineer looking for a broader role beyond pure design – combining technical depth with commercial exposure
• A candidate who wants long-term progression within an international semiconductor business

This is not a pure R&D design role — it combines hands-on analogue power knowledge with customer engagement and commercial awareness. This electronics engineer jobs role / application engineer jobs role would really suit an electronics engineer, electronics hardware engineer,  power electronics engineer or similar who is ambitious and has an interest in the semiconductor and analogue power / analogue electronics fields, but can also communicate effectively with national & international stakeholders.
