Up to £32K (depending on trade test)

0830 - 1730 Mon - Fri

Temp 2 Perm or Permanent Available

This is NOT a trainee or hobbyist role.

We are looking for a master of the basics.

We need a "safe pair of hands" with a proven history of high-quality electronics assembly covering soldering, wiring and crimping (with very small crimps).

The Role:

• Precision Soldering: You must be IPC standard level (or equivalent experience). Through-hole & Surface Mount.
• Wiring & Crimping: Neat, logical routing and solid connections, not messy work.
• Assembly: Building units strictly to engineering drawings/schematics.

The Candidate:

• Experienced: You have longevity on your CV. We aren't looking for job-hoppers.
• Local: You live in or near Rugby.
• Personality: You are easy to get along with and fit well in a close-knit team.
