Employee Relations Adviser

Job Description:

We are currently working with a Further education college based in Leicestershire, who are looking for an Employee Relations Adviser.

This is a tempoarry role (3-4 months duration), and they can offer temp to perm for this role as well.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experienced in handling all sorts of employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management etc is essential 
• Understanding of HR in Education would be desirable however not essential

They can offer part-time (3 days per week) for this position as well.
