Energy Sales Executive
Location: Lutterworth
Hours: Monday – Friday
OTE: £45,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Are you a confident and driven sales professional who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven environment? We’re looking for an experienced Energy Sales Executive to join our team in Lutterworth and help drive business growth through proactive outbound sales.
This role is perfect for someone who’s motivated by results, enjoys building relationships over the phone, and knows how to turn cold calls into loyal customers. With uncapped commission, your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective business customers
- Build rapport, understand needs, and present tailored energy solutions
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to close
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Consistently hit and exceed individual and team sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ outbound telesales experience (energy sales preferred but not essential)
- Proven track record in cold calling and closing sales over the phone
- Resilient, tenacious, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
