Engineering & Product Quality Manager
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading manufacturing Engineering and Product Quality teams to achieve right-first-time, cost and delivery targets.
- Managing Manufacturing and Quality Engineering processes and resolving daily operational issues.
- Responsible for driving new products from cradle to grave
- Driving continuous improvement through Lean events, PFMEA, FAIRs and robust inspection methodologies.
- Leading capability development, including employee training, apprenticeship programs and the site technical roadmap.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership experience within Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing Engineering functions.
- Proven experience working within versatile precision manufacturing environment
- Proven NPI experience bringing products from concept through to delivery.
- Experience within Aerospace, Machining or Fabrication is advantageous
