I am currently looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to strengthen a busy Production Team.

With qualifications in Engineering and strong electrical / mechanical experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, your key responsibilities include: -

• Proactive, planned-preventative maintenance to ensure our existing equipment can meet capacity demand and efficiency targets.
• Reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime.
• Identifying and delivering against opportunities to implement changes and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant efficiencies.
• Assisting with the introduction of new equipment to a market-leading production facility as part of our continued drive for innovation.
• Continuous professional development through industry specific training.

You will be able to manage a multi-skilled team, and have good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, with strong diagnostic skills and be proactive in your approach.

Ideally Apprentice served, you will be qualified to ONC or HND / HNC in a related discipline at least a City & Guilds level 3 / NVQ Level 3 – ideally in Electrical, Maintenance, or Manufacturing Engineering
