Engineering Team Leader

Job Description:

An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Team Leader has arisen at a nationally recoginised business.

Commutable from Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

As a Engineering Team Leader you will be: 

• Managing, motivating, mentoring the engineering team. 
• Ensuring KPIs and budget targets are met.
• Managing on site contractors.
• Ensuring safe operation of equipment through preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Provide support with a range of electrical and mechanical components such as, conveyors, motors, pumps, PLCs etc.

Role Requirements:

• Recognised mechanical / electrical qualifications. Electrically Biased.
• Understanding of controls and network systems.
• Experience of supervising and motivating a team.
• FMCG experience.
• Good communication and IT skills. (Word, Excel, etc)
