Job Description:

Maintenance Team Leader – 4 on 4 off 

Salary: £46,000 + Overtime

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Team Leader with an electrical bias to work for a multi-national FMCG company based in Nottingham. The Maintenance Team Leader will play a key role in the planning and organising of the engineering department and engineers on site. The Maintenance Team Leader will have 3 direct reports and will be involved in both hands on engineering work and leadership duties. The ideal candidate needs to be multi skilled with strong electrical skills and some leadership experience.

Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

• MUST have Electrical Engineering Qualification 
• Multi-Skilled with an electrical bias
• Previous experience of leading a team
• Experience of PPM’s
• Organising and planning experience
