Salary: £46,000 + fantastic benefits package
Hours: Monday to Friday

We’re recruiting an Engineering Team Leader to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced, modern production environment.

The role:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of maintenance engineers

• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery

• Support electrical and mechanical fault-finding (ideal 60/40 split either way)

• Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to high standards

• Drive reliability, continuous improvement and site performance

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong electrical or mechanical background with cross-discipline knowledge

• Ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic drawings
