The School

We’re working exclusively with a specialist SEND school in Leicester that supports pupils with autism (diagnosed or on the pathway). With class sizes of just 6–7 learners, staff can truly focus on the individual needs of each student.

The Role

As an English Teacher, you’ll:

• Deliver a curriculum that inspires a love of language and literature

• Adapt lessons creatively to meet the needs of autistic learners

• Support students to develop communication, confidence, and self-expression

• Contribute to a small, values-driven teaching team where collaboration is key
