Job Description:

We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant/LSA who is caring, patient and committed to making a real difference in people’s lives, teaching KS1 through to KS6/Key stage 1 to Key stage 6. In this rewarding role you'll work closely with people’s who need additional support, helping them engage with the curriculum and achieve their goals.

The successful Learning Support Assistant/LSA will have:

• Support individual pupils or small groups in and out of the classroom
• Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Adapt resources and teaching strategies to meet specific needs
• Promote emotional and social development
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and Parents/Guardians

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people in education with a calm, empathetic, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting learners with diverse needs
• Relevant qualifications: level 3 or 4 Teaching Assistant

Bonus (but not essential):

• Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND
