We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate English Teachers to provide tailored tuition in Beeston and the surrounding areas of Nottinghamshire.
About the Role
This is a rewarding opportunity to support students outside of the traditional classroom environment, delivering impactful English tuition in their homes or local community venues across Beeston.
You will plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons that are tailored to meet each learner's individual needs and educational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality English tuition (1:1 or in small groups)
Adapt lessons to suit various learning styles and abilities
Break down complex topics to aid understanding and build confidence
Provide clear, constructive written feedback after each session
Follow all safeguarding and child protection policies
What We’re Looking For
Strong subject knowledge of the English curriculum
Experience supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH needs
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills
A patient, empathetic, and flexible teaching approach
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
