We’re looking for patient, resilient, and caring people to join us as 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants. Working across schools in Swadlincote and the surrounding area, you’ll play a key role in making sure every child can access learning, feel safe, and build the confidence to succeed.

You’ll work 1:1 with children who have a range of needs, such as autism, ADHD, speech and language delays, sensory differences, or social and emotional challenges. Each day is different, but you might:
