Job Title: Fashion ERP Application Consultant

Location: Remote

Salary: £35000 - £55000

We’re currently looking for an Application Consultant to join our Consultancy team. This role blends customer support, account management, and hands-on work with our software, so you’ll need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, good organisation, and the ability to manage several tasks at once are essential.

Your responsibilities will include learning how our applications function, understanding how different customers use them, and helping identify and document new requirements. You’ll work with new clients to review their processes, guide them through implementation, manage projects from start to finish, and maintain clear documentation of visits, issues, and progress. You’ll also handle help desk enquiries, investigate problems, suggest solutions, and collaborate with developers and testers when changes are needed.

We’re looking for someone who ideally has experience in the apparel or fashion industry, an understanding of ERP-style software, solid IT skills, and a friendly, confident approach when working with customers.
