ERP Support Analyst

Job Description:

Contract ERP Support Specialist (IntactIQ) | Inside IR35 | 8‑week initial contract | Likely extension | Leicester or Remote

Got solid IntactIQ experience and ready to jump into a busy ERP environment?
Our client needs an immediate-impact ERP Support Contractor to step in while a team member is on long‑term leave.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the go‑to ERP expert handling:
✔️ Report requests
✔️ Process reviews
✔️ Testing improvements
✔️ Control desk activities
✔️ Form/layout updates
✔️ Workflow queries
✔️ Liaising directly with the IntactIQ vendor

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience with IntactIQ (essential)
• Confident supporting users & improving processes
• Able to collaborate with the vendor and internal teams
• Ideally based near Leicester and able to work on site
  • Remote considered if you can be onsite for the first week or two for onboarding

• 8 weeks initially, with strong potential to extend
