Are you a dedicated ESOL teacher with a passion for helping learners overcome language barriers and thrive? At TP Tutors, we specialise in providing personalised one-to-one and small group tuition to learners who need targeted support.
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate ESOL Teachers to deliver tailored English language tuition in Beeston and the surrounding areas of Nottinghamshire.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to deliver impactful ESOL support outside of the traditional classroom environment. You will work with learners in their homes or local community settings across Beeston, helping them improve their English language skills for education, employment, and everyday life.
You’ll plan and deliver engaging, level-appropriate lessons focused on building confidence and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality ESOL tuition (1:1 or in small groups)
Tailor lessons to meet learners' language levels, goals, and cultural backgrounds
Develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English
Promote confidence and integration through clear and supportive teaching
Provide constructive written feedback after each session
Follow safeguarding and child protection policies at all times
What We’re Looking For
Experience delivering ESOL or EAL support to learners of varying ages and levels
Understanding of ESOL teaching methodologies and learner needs
Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity
A flexible, supportive, and inclusive teaching approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
