Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Job Description:

Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a hard-working, money-motivated Sales Negotiator to work within a very reputable Estate Agents based in Rugby to start as soon as possible.

Selling properties in the lucrative market of Rugby and surrounding areas, you will have the opportunity to earn up to £50k during your first year and progress within the company. This is a demanding, yet very rewarding role.

The duties of a Sales Negotiator:

• Sourcing new business and seeing business through to completion
• Organising property viewings 
• Working to financial, individual and team targets
• Increasing the company turnover
• Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
• Canvassing and marketing
• Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
• Negotiating terms

The ideal Sales Negotiator will have:

• 2 years’ experience working in a sales environment
• Proven track record
• Ambition and flexibility
• Additional languages are desirable
• You MUST hold a full driving licence
