Estimator / Design Engineer (Construction)

Are you a Construction Estimator or similar looking to join an award winning Construction Company providing specialist Training and allowing fast tracked progression into Senior and Leadership roles as the Business expand globally.

Step into a Estimating/Design seat where you'll price real enquiries, work with in-house engineers, and support smooth handovers to project delivery. Clear scope, strong team, and room to grow.

What you'll do

• Turn drawings/specs into accurate take-offs and quotations.
• Clarify scope with contractors/merchants and manage updates/variations.
• Collaborate with internal design/engineering on technical queries/value options.
• Prepare tidy handover packs for operations once orders land.
• Keep your pipeline, files and trackers up to date with high accuracy.

What you'll need

• 2+ years' construction estimating/quoting experience.
• Comfortable reading construction drawings and working in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and follow-through.
• Confident communicator by phone/email with customers and suppliers.
• Able to commute to Swadlincote.
