Estimator - Drylining Contractors

Job Description:

MPR Site Services are currently supporting a Drylining Contractor based in the East Midlands. 

We are looking for a Construction Estimator with Drylining experience. 

Main responsibilities: 

• Overseeing all aspects of estimating processes, ensuring that tenders are prepared and submitted to clients ahead of deadlines.
   
• Developing long term relationships with both existing and prospective clients to secure work.
   
•  Working closely with client’s QS and design team to meet project requirements.
   
•  Pricing tenders from drawings and sketches, incorporating client feedback, preparing bill of quants, cost estimates and other technical documents.
   
• Provide assistance in take offs, project cost reporting and pricing.
   
• Work on Drylining packages up to a value of £10 million.
   
• Work with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Main Contractors.
