We are currently working with a leading manufacturing company at the forefront of industrial innovation. Due to a strong order book and growing demand for bespoke machinery, they are looking to expand their technical sales team with a skilled Estimator.

Estimator Key Essentials:

• As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and quotations for bespoke machines and related engineering projects
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project scopes to ensure commercial viability and technical accuracy
• Liaise with design, procurement, and production teams to gather accurate cost data
• Identify material, labour, and manufacturing costs with appropriate mark-ups
• Work closely with clients to clarify project requirements and propose adjustments
• Support the sales and tendering process with timely and accurate pricing
• Maintain a pricing database and estimation records for ongoing and completed projects

Estimator Requirements:

• Proven experience in an estimating / technical sales support role within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems or products
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• High attention to detail, strong numeracy, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Autodesk Inventor estimating software

This is a full-time, office-based position
