Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join an exciting and growing company based in Leicester, specialising in bespoke commercial joinery. This is a senior-level role suited to someone with strong estimating experience within the joinery trade, working on high-value, bespoke projects for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for high-value commercial joinery projects.
  
  
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to produce detailed cost breakdowns.
  
  
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to clarify requirements and scope.
  
  
• Source and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure best value and quality.
  
  
• Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth handover from estimate to delivery.
  
  
• Review project costs and support value engineering where required.
  
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the commercial joinery sector.
  
  
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes, materials, and installation.
  
  
• Experience working on high-value bespoke projects.
  
  
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
  
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially minded.
