Events & CRM Executive

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Events & CRM Executive to join a fast-growing, market-leading manufacturing business based in Coventry.

Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the company's marketing and CRM strategy, with responsibility for organising UK and international events, managing the CRM system, and delivering targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and organising internal and external events (UK & overseas)
* Managing relationships with agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Supporting event promotion and marketing materials
* Managing and optimising the company CRM system (Workbooks)
* Delivering targeted email and marketing campaigns
* Analysing event and campaign performance
* Identifying and generating new sales leads
Requirements:
* Marketing and/or events experience
* CRM system experience
* Email marketing platform experience (Mailchimp/Spotler preferred)
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
