๐ง Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics across KS3-KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Lead the planning and delivery of the GCSE Science curriculum
Monitor progress and implement targeted interventions for the GCSE cohort
Actively participate in departmental and whole-school staff meetings
Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging schemes of work and assessment strategies
Contribute to whole-school initiatives and pastoral care
