Job Description:
Purpose of Position:
Delivering order fulfilment to contracted service standards for a defined portfolio of clients - both UK and internationally. Primary customers will be classed as ‘export customers’. These will need specific paperwork completing and documents prepared for these customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process Export orders
- Manage process from order receipt to despatch
- Prepare and review necessary documentation
- Liaise with client Export Team
- Ensure correct stock used by Warehouse Team
- Work with Transportation teams
- Working in a team, receive and process UK orders, including EDI and manual orders, and deal with order fulfilment issues
- For both UK and Export orders, will need to
- Maintain effective communication with the customer on order fulfilment
- Process invoices and resolve invoice queries
- Effectively manage communication with 3PLs, and report back to client on 3PL performance
- Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, including raising credit notes where appropriate
- Complete periodic reporting as required by the contract.
- Produce month end stock reconciliation and adjustments reporting
- Work with team to ensure all deadline are met across client portfolio and ensure client satisfaction

Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (equivalent to GCSE 5+in English and Maths)
- Have worked with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 17:30pm - They offer hybrid working 1 day a week after probation
Salary: Up to £26,000 PA
