Export Sales Administrator
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Export Sales Administrator to support international sales operations across key European markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination between customers, internal teams, and European distribution operations.
The successful candidate will support export activities across multiple territories, with particular focus on Spanish- and French-speaking markets. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is essential to ensure effective communication with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
- Process customer orders, quotations, and enquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the export sales function.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems.
Account & Customer Support
- Support existing customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and timely communication.
- Act as a key contact for customer queries and follow-ups.
Export Coordination
- Assist with export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping requirements.
- Liaise with logistics partners and internal teams to coordinate shipments.
International Collaboration
- Work closely with European operational teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain data accuracy and assist with reporting on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
Essential
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish (written and spoken) is required for daily communication with European customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in sales administration, export administration, or customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Desirable
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, metals, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of export procedures and international shipping processes.

- Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00 | Friday: 08:30 – 15:00.
