What We're Looking For
Graduates with a degree in Education, Child Psychology, Early Childhood Studies, Social Sciences - or those with a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning / Childcare / SEND / EYFS Support
Passionate about supporting children aged 3-5 in their early development and learning
Experience or a keen interest in working with young children (recent experience is a plus but enthusiasm counts!)
Patient and Proactive
Able to commit to a full-time role or a mornings-only role (Mon-Fri) starting September

Assist in delivering high-quality EYFS learning experiences under teacher guidance
Support children’s communication, social, and emotional development
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for every child
Work closely with the teaching team to observe and support individual learning needs
