✨ 2 x EYFS Teaching Assistants Required in Mainstream Primary School, Nuneaton

1 Full-Time | 1 Mornings Only | Starting September 2025

What We're Looking For

• Graduates with a degree in Education, Child Psychology, Early Childhood Studies, Social Sciences - or those with a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning / Childcare / SEND / EYFS Support

• Passionate about supporting children aged 3-5 in their early development and learning

• Experience or a keen interest in working with young children (recent experience is a plus but enthusiasm counts!)

• Patient and Proactive

• Able to commit to a full-time role or a mornings-only role (Mon-Fri) starting September

The Role:

• Assist in delivering high-quality EYFS learning experiences under teacher guidance

• Support children’s communication, social, and emotional development

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for every child

• Work closely with the teaching team to observe and support individual learning needs
