Contract: Full-Time | Temporary | Ongoing

APT Education is proud to be working in partnership with a warm, inclusive primary school in Coventry to recruit an experienced and passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a full-time, ongoing role starting January 2026 or earlier, supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

🧸 About the Role:

• Support children aged 3–5 in line with the EYFS framework
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
• Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and independence
• Observe and record children’s progress and contribute to learning journals
• Work closely with teachers and nursery staff to maintain a safe, inclusive environment

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential)
• Proven experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery or reception)
• Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies
• Warm, patient, and proactive approach to support
• A valid Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
