Location: CV9
Contract: minimum 5 months work
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Rate: £19.77 per hour 
Perks: Contract or temp to perm options available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Fabric Engineer to join our client’s FM maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a large commercial site which is open to the public, carrying out day-to-day Carpentry upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of carpentry repairs 

• Deliver high-quality maintenance (PPM & reactive)

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plaster, tiling, etc.)

• Use of PDA to log jobs

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry / Joinery

• Previous experience in a maintenance setting

• Experience with fire doors is desirable

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
