Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour (increasing to £14.56 after 3-month probation)
Hours: 7:30am – 4:15pm Monday – Thursday / 7:30am – 12:45 Friday
Contract: Permanent

Our well-established and growing client based in Tamworth (B77) is looking for a skilled Fabricator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable company that offers ongoing training, career progression, and a supportive working environment.
As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling a range of metal products to a high standard. The role involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, fabricating components using various methods, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Carry out MIG and/or TIG welding (depending on experience)
- Work with sheet metal to cut, shape, and assemble parts
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on completed work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fabrication experience – Essential
- MIG Welding – Beneficial
- TIG Welding – Preferred but not essential
- Sheet Metal Fabrication – Beneficial
- Carpentry or joinery experience – Preferred but not essential
- Ability to read technical drawings and work to precise measurements
