Facade & Cladding Estimator

Leicester

£45,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
 

A growing specialist contractor based in Leicester is seeking an experienced Facade & Cladding Estimator to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders and accurate cost estimates for façade and cladding packages across commercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for façade and cladding systems

• Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

• Completing material take-offs and pricing project packages

• Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender proposals

• Identifying value engineering opportunities and potential project risks

Requirements

• Previous experience estimating facades, rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, or building envelope systems

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Excel or estimating software

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
