Facilities Assistant

Job Description:

Enjoy a permanent full time Facilities Assistant role offering a generous holiday package of 38 days of annual leave and rota-based overtime. This position is based in Leicester, working for a local college.

As a Facilities Assistant you are responsible for:

• Operating college security systems
• Operating the heating and ventilation system where required
• Ensure the grounds are clean and tidy and report any defects
• Testing fire alarm systems and ensuring emergency exits are clear
• Working early and late split shift pattern

The Facilities Assistant role is offering:

• Annual Salary starting at £25k per year
• 38 days annual leave (Including bank holidays and mandatory shut down)
