The Role

As an Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running, maintenance, and repair of building systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve faults efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Work collaboratively with site teams to deliver a high standard of customer service
• Complete all job records and documentation accurately and on time

About You

• Previous experience within facilities management or building maintenance
• Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
