Factory Operative

Job Description:

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and hard-working Factory Operative to join our busy production team. You will be fully trained to operate machinery and support general factory tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Location: Tamworth B79
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 – 17:15 (FRIDAY’S OFF)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and minding various machines (training provided)
• Using a drilling machine and press machine
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• May rotate between two workstations

The Candidate:

• Able to understand written instructions and follow training carefully
• A good listener and strong communicator
• Known for their reliability and strong work ethic
• Able to have a laugh – banter is a big part of our shopfloor culture!
