£12.98/hr plus guaranteed overtime

OTE £33,000+ with overtime and bonuses

Start Date: Monday 8th December

We are hiring for a heavy manual role in a concrete facilit and we are interviewing this week for an immediate start.

This is physical work using pickaxes, pneumatic tools (jackhammers) and industrial vacuums to clear residual concrete.

You will work in confined spaces and at heights.

It's a rotating shift doing Monday - Saturday 530 - 1430 and then Monday - Friday 1330 - 2230 ( weekly rotation )

Essential Requirements To secure an interview, you must meet these four criteria:

• Valid CSCS Card (Preferred but no essential due to site safety standards)
• Pass a strict drug and alcohol test before starting
• Live in Rugby or have reliable transport (Early starts mean public transport is not suitable)
• Physically robust and happy with heavy lifting
