Sue Ross Legal are working on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded private family law firm that has built a strong reputation for delivering client-focused, practical legal advice across both children and financial remedy matters. With a growing national footprint and a dynamic, forward-thinking leadership team, they are now looking to expand their presence by supporting experienced solicitors in launching and leading their own regional offices.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a confident and capable Grade A Family Solicitor (8+ years PQE) who is ready to take the reins, build a team, and grow a local practice - all with the backing of a trusted brand and robust support infrastructure. Key Responsibilities for the Family Solicitor role:

• Manage your own caseload of private family law matters, including complex children and financial remedy cases
• Deliver excellent client care and advocacy with minimal supervision
• Play a key role in business development and the growth of your local presence
• Take on a leadership position with the opportunity to build and manage your own team
• Benefit from full administrative, compliance, and marketing support to help you succeed

Candidate Requirements for the Family Solicitor role:

• Minimum 8 years PQE in private family law
• Proven experience handling both children and financial remedy cases independently
• Strong billing record and a commercially aware mindset
• Passionate about business development and building a local presence
• Excellent client relationship skills and professional credibility
• Leadership potential or experience in mentoring others
