Field Service Engineer – Heavy Plant - Leicester & surrounding areas
A major dealership specialising in Heavy Plant are looking for a Field Service Engineer to maintain their state of the art Heavy Plant throughout the region.



Role: Field Service Engineer
Area: Leicester & surrounding areas
Salary: £20.20 per hour (£40,440.40 basic) + frequent overtime + benefits

The requirements of the Field Service Engineer will be:

• As Field Service Engineer, you will be required to manage the service and repair of construction equipment within your region
• Diagnose mechanical faults of machinery through use of your knowledge and diagnostic equipment provided
• Accurate completion of paperwork and system entries based on work carried out
• Act as the main point of contact for the customer, providing the best and most professional service possible
• Work in accordance with company health and safety standards

The ideal candidate for Field Service Engineer will be:

• Qualified in an Engineering NVQ Level 3 or equivalent within Plant, Agricultural, HGV or related
• Experienced in the repair and maintenance of Heavy Plant
• Proven hydraulic and electrical competency, with technical experience in engines and transmissions
• Welding and fabrication experience is desired
• Strong problem solving skills
