Salary: £37,500 to £42,500 + benefits

Are you an ambitious, hands-on problem-solver looking to further your career in engineering? We’re on the hunt for a Field Service Engineer to join our client's growing metrology and calibration company looking after the UK Market.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who’s keen to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a dynamic industry with plenty of support and on-the-job training.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out calibration, testing, and servicing of a wide range of precision measuring equipment.
• Visiting client sites across the Midlands to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment – some further travel
• Working closely with senior engineers and mentors to build your knowledge in metrology and calibration standards.
• Keeping accurate records and completing calibration certificates to meet compliance requirements.

👷‍♂️ What We’re Looking For:

• A hands-on, practical mindset with a passion for engineering.
• Some experience (even through a placement, internship, or project) working with technical equipment, instruments, or machinery is an advantage — but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new skills.
• A full driving licence (essential).
• Great communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.
