We’re looking for Rceruiment Managers with a solid track record in finance and accounting recruitment who are ready to run a division, drive growth, and build a high-performing team.

• £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary

The Role:

• Manage and grow our Finance & Accounting recruitment desk

• Develop new business opportunities and nurture key accounts

• Place permanent and/or contract professionals across a wide range of finance roles

• Mentor junior consultants as the division grows

• Lead from the front by billing and demonstrating high performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in finance/accounting recruitment

• Proven billing history with consistent high performance

• Confidence to manage a desk independently and drive growth

• Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and build a team

• Strong local market knowledge
