We're hiring for an experienced finance assistant at a small but well-established business in Rugby that specialises in commercial catering equipment.

This isn't a junior role or a remote job. It's a permanent office-based position in a close-knit team where your experience in UK finance will make a real difference from day one.

What You'll Do

• Manage day to day finance admin in Xero.
• Handle a shared inbox and incoming queries.
• Chase overdue payments and support with credit control.
• Speak directly with customers this is a talker's job, not a data entry role.

What We're Looking For

• Solid finance and credit control experience in a UK office.
• A confident phone manner and great organisational skills.
• Comfortable with Excel and ideally Xero.
• Local to Rugby we need someone nearby who can easily commute.
• Positive, team-first attitude you'll be working closely with others every day.
