Finance Assistant | Part-Time, 2 days per week | Nottingham | Permanent

Astute Recruitment are proud to be supporting a well-recognised and respected brand based in Nottingham for a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent, part-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional seeking part-time hours within a supportive and close-knit team, with potential for future progression. The role is fully office-based, offering a salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience and pro rata to hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers
• Credit control – managing outstanding payments and maintaining customer relationships
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Supporting with month-end processes and ad hoc administrative duties

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a full-function finance role
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
