Finance Manager/Head of Finance

This isn’t a back-office finance role; it’s a seat at the table…

We’re recruiting a stand-alone Finance Manager position where you’ll work closely with the Directors.

As this is a newly created position, you’ll have the autonomy to really make this role your own.

You’ll be the go to person for financial clarity, project insight and commercial control. That means real involvement, real influence and a genuine opportunity to grow your career quickly.

In terms of your background, you could already be doing a similar role or looking for a step up...As this is a stand-alone role, you'll need to be comfortable working on your own with the support from the Directors. 

Below is a small overview of what you’ll be doing…

• Produce monthly management accounts
• Present performance and trends to the senior team
• Work directly with directors to support planning and decision making
• Create cash flow forecasts for projects and the whole company
• Act as the first point of contact for suppliers with payment queries
