Fire Small Works & Projects Engineer
Location: West Midlands & East Midlands
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 basic DOE
No call outs | 95% Commercial / 5% Residential | 30min travel each way

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Small Works & Projects Engineer to join a well-established and highly respected fire protection company. This is an exciting opportunity to work predominantly on commercial sites with occasional residential projects, delivering high-quality installations and small works across the West and East Midlands.

The Role:

• Deliver small works and projects for fire protection systems

• Primarily commercial sites (95%) with occasional residential projects (5%)

• Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety standards and regulations

• Complete all site documentation and handovers to a high standard

• Very occasional travel to London and Manchester, with average travel time of 30 minutes each way

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in fire systems installation, service, or small works

• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry best practice

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

• Full UK driving licence
