Fire Protection- Site Manager

Job Description:

Location: East Midlands (based from a regional office in Loughborough)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Based out of a regional office in Leicestershire, you’ll oversee projects across the East Midlands, working with a well-established national contractor recognised for delivering high-quality refurbishment, maintenance, and pfp works. The organisation operates across a range of sectors including residential housing, healthcare, education, hospitality, and public sector buildings, and has ambitious plans for continued growth over the coming years.

As a Passive Fire Site Manager, you will be:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of pfp projects
• Supervising subcontractors and teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and work is completed in accordance with the correct compliance
• Reviewing client instructions, programmes, and project schedules to ensure full understanding of the required works
• Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and health and safety requirements are maintained
• Managing labour, materials, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders

I’d love to speak to anyone who has:

• Previous experience supervising or managing pfp projects including doors and stopping
• A valid SMSTS certificate
• FIRAS accreditation or relevant industry certification
• Good commercial awareness, including the ability to identify contract variations

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required for this role.
 
The role is offering the following benefits:

• Salary of £36,000 – £48,000, depending on experience

This role is based in the East Midlands, with a regional office located in Leicestershire and projects delivered across the surrounding region. The area benefits from strong transport links via major routes including the M1, A50, and A42, providing convenient access across the Midlands.
With projects spread across the region and a car allowance provided, you will have the flexibility to manage site visits and project delivery efficiently.
