- Train Users Virtually – Conduct online training sessions and guide customers through system features.
- Collaborate – Work closely with our technical team to resolve complex challenges quickly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Tech Enthusiast – A genuine interest in IT hardware and software.
- Qualified & Ambitious – IT qualification (degree or apprenticeship is ideal), Level 6 preferred but not essential.
- Customer-Focused – Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
