Job Title: Fleet Workshop Manager
Location: Nuneaton
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday Days

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Fleet Workshop Manager to lead operations at a busy Leicester depot. This is a key leadership role, responsible for the smooth running of the workshop, ensuring high standards in vehicle maintenance and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations, technician scheduling, and workflow management
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HGV technicians and engineers
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained and repaired to high standards
• Manage documentation
• Uphold health & safety procedures and regulatory compliance
• Drive performance, cost control, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Workshop Manager, Supervisor, or Senior HGV Technician
• Strong technical background in HGV maintenance and diagnostics
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment
• IT literate, with knowledge of fleet/workshop systems an advantage
