FLT Counterbalance Driver – Days
 4 on / 4 off | 6:00am – 6:00pm (Rotating)

Logistics Depot – Tin Manufacturing Company

 
We are recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver (Days) to join our busy logistics depot within a well-established tin manufacturing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role on a structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

 
 The Role 
Working within a fast-paced logistics and dispatch environment, you will be responsible for:

 

•  Operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
  
  

•  Loading and unloading vehicles
  
  

•  Transporting finished goods and raw materials across site
  
  

•  Supporting warehouse and stock control operations
  
  

•  Completing daily vehicle checks
  
  

•  Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
  
  

 

 
 Shift Pattern 

•  4 on / 4 off – Days
  
  

•  6:00am – 6:00pm
  
  

•  Rotating shift pattern
  
  

 

 
 Essential Requirements 

•  Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence
  
  

•  Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (provided)
  
  

•  Previous experience within logistics or manufacturing
  
  

•  Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
  
  

 

 
Desirable 

•  Reach Truck licence/experience (advantageous but not essential)
  
  

 

 
 Recruitment & Training Timeline 

•  Interviews & assessments: Week commencing 16 March 2026
  
  

•  Mandatory training & induction: Starting 23 March 2026

  •  6:00am – 2:00pm
    
    
  
  
  •  2 weeks duration
    
    
  
  
  
   

 

 
Please note: Completion of the 2-week induction/training period is mandatory.

All FLT drivers will receive additional training on the B3 Counterbalance.
